At Aicon-Bio, we take pride in providing high-quality Human Platelet Lysate (HPL) and related products for research and biotechnology applications. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
1. No Returns & No Refunds Policy
Due to regulatory and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Our products are biological materials and must be stored under strict conditions. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee that storage and handling have met our required standards.
- To ensure product integrity and safety, we do not restock or resell returned items.
- All sales are final, and we strongly encourage customers to verify their order details before purchase.
2. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with the original packaging.
- Aicon-Bio will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
- If you need to modify an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate changes.
