  • We ship using FedEx Overnight Shipping with dry ice packaging to maintain product integrity.
  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier availability.

  • Aicon-Bio is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
5. Storage & Handling
  • Products must be stored at -20°C or below upon arrival.
  • Customers must follow the recommended thawing instructions and handling guidelines provided with the product.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
  • Approved refund or replacement requests will be processed at Aicon-Bio’s discretion.
